NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Cobourg Yacht Club

Location: CYC Clubhouse, 100 Hibernia Street, Cobourg
It is our pleasure to invite all corporate members in good standing to attend the 2026 CYC General Meeting (GM). Corporate membership categories include Senior, Intermediate, Life, and Maintenance Members, with one vote permitted per membership. Should a spouse or partner wish to exercise voting privileges, they must obtain an individual corporate membership, which can be arranged at the bar upon request prior to the meeting.
2026 CYC General Meeting Agenda
Please take notice of the following items, which comprise the proposed agenda:
· Receipt of the Agenda
· Receipt of the Minutes of the April 2025 General Meeting
· Approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended October 31, 2025
· New Business
o Motion: Moved by Liz McCaughey, seconded by Nathaniel Elder, that if successful with the Trillium Grant, the Club will proceed with the addition of a new entranceway, elevator, and universal washroom on the north side of the existing Yacht Club building.
This will be discussed at the meeting however; should you have any questions in advance, please feel free to reply directly to this email.
